Six NFC staff appointed ECDA Fellows

Six individuals from NTUC First Campus have been appointed or re-appointed as ECDA Fellows. This is the highest number of appointees from a single organisation, a testament to our enduring commitment to excellence. 

The individuals are:  

  • Ava Wang, Senior Quality Specialist, My First Skool
  • Justine Ho, Lead Learning Support Educator, NTUC First Campus
  • N. Thamarai, Senior Cluster Quality Manager, My First Skool
  • Rita Lim, Manager, Learning Support, NTUC First Campus
  • Stella Pereira, Cluster Director, Little Skool-House 
  • Sylvia Yeo, Senior Cluster Quality Manager, My First Skool

The ECDA Fellows programme is one of ECDA’s key initiatives to recognise leaders in the early childhood profession and expand opportunities for them to further develop their careers. Their appointment not only recognises the impact of their work but also their unwavering dedication to shaping bright futures for every child and their family. Their passion, expertise, and tireless efforts exemplify the core values we hold dear at NTUC First Campus, reinforcing our mission to provide the highest quality of care and education to the young minds entrusted to us.
